We are a non-profit 501 (c)(3) dedicated to helping individuals and families struggling with substance use and/or mental health issues. Our mission is to remove the obstacles and barriers to those without insurance or high co-pays and deductibles, by providing free to low-cost counseling. Our clients will never pay more than $20; and if that poses a financial hardship, services are still offered.

With over 30 years of experience in both outpatient and inpatient settings for mental health and substance use disorder. My approach is trauma-informed, using CBT, DBT and EMDR modalities to help recognize and change unhealthy patters and behaviors.

With over ten years of experience as a school counselor and teacher, I’ve had the privilege of supporting children, teens, and families through some of life’s most important and challenging moments. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and client-centered.

Shelley Robbins is a clinical psychologist who has been in practice since 1995. She has done extensive work in diagnostics and recovery related concerns. She has focused on the treatment of older adults since 1996.

Dr. Robbins received her Bachelors degree from the University of Maryland and her graduate degrees from Stony Brook University. Her treatment approach combines Acceptance and Commitment Therapy with 12 Step principles.
